Abstract:
Cybersecurity threats are becoming a larger issue as more and more users upload their personal information onto the web. Technology is slowly but surely getting integrated into society, yet standards of security have not been set for organizations. Although it is impossible to ever fully prevent cybersecurity attacks as different types of attacks are developed and the range of motives is so diverse, steps do need to be taken by organizations to prevent known methods of attack. A set of standards to developing a more robust defense infrastructure for websites needs to be established, especially when user's personal information and security are involved.
