Abstract:

A psychoanalytic interpretation of two dreams in Wuthering Heights and an examination of several scenes, in an effort to reveal the deep-seated sexual and psychological conflicts in the author that not only gave rise to Wuthering Heights but are clearly reflected in the structure, development, and resolution of the novel as a whole.
