Abstract
The first portion of this thesis details my time as a software tester during my internship in summer of 2021, I tested a donation-tracking desktop application for nonprofits and churches in order to eliminate bugs, determine how well the software performed, and ensure that the implementation of the program met the entity’s specifications.
The second portion of this thesis examines the technological momentum of personal devices and communication, and the effects they have had on work-life balance in our society.
