Abstract
This thesis shall attempt to analyze Asian studies curriculums in various states while, at the same time, discussing the role of teachers and textbooks. Basing conclusions on a questionnaire administered by the author during spring 1972. These factors, as they relate to Virginia, will be evaluated.
